Good Morning Yogis. We will be missing our classes for awhile but this is a wonderful time to reflect on the deeper meaning and purpose of yoga. While we all love our physical practice, imagine using this time to focus on yoga beyond the postures. Start your day today with breath work and do a few stretches like we do in our warm up. From there, set an intention and let the magic happen.
